You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.

3. Hosting / server log files

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically collects technical information sent by your browser (e.g. IP address, browser type, date and time of access, referring page) in server log files. This data is required for technical delivery of the website and is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in the stable and secure operation of the site.

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, D-02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Server infrastructure is located in Germany (Dresden), so server log data is processed within the EU.

4. Contact form

If you use the contact form, we process the data you enter (name, e-mail address, message) in order to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures / handling your request) or, where no contract is intended, our legitimate interest in answering inquiries directed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The form is processed by a script running directly on our own web server at ALL-INKL.COM (see section 3), which forwards your message to our e-mail inbox. No third-party form service is involved and no data leaves the EU for this purpose.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website does not currently set cookies or use any analytics or tracking tools. If that changes in the future, this section will be updated accordingly and, where legally required, you will be asked for consent beforehand.

6. Storage period

Personal data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose it was collected for, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. under German commercial or tax law) require longer storage.
